RecommendedI went to two veterinary hospitals today for my dog but I recommend Antioch Veterinary Hospital instead of Banfield. The medical treatment is far better.
Staff there are super sweet and very helpful. Went above and beyond to help, even walked me to my vehicle since I was juggling a baby and a puppy and couldn't carry the meds and supplies they sent home to care for our puppy.
It’s not encouraging to me the very first time I called i get put on hold for… When I hung up it was three minutes.
A great place to take your fur children to for medical care. Doctors and staff are professional and caring. Today I had to make the hard decision ever dog owner hates to make. My 10+ year old chocolate lab was having difficulty breathing. They rushed him in right away. The end result was to let him cross over the rainbow bridge. Everyone was wonderful and I left without him, but they gave me a memory paw print. They treat the dog with TLC and compassion for those of us in tears.
