Big O antioch had my car 5 hours and couldn't get the service done. Toyota did it on a Friday with 2 hours to close. Good customer service.
My experience there really bad, I just bought a car they don’t really explain anything, just let you sign paperwork’s . I told the person I’ll buy the gap insurance but all sudden the extended warranty written already on paper were got signed in. I called I want to cancel the warranty, this person said you gotta have it, it’s good promotion. Service Dept needs major revamp of their ridicules prices they charge their Toyota Customers. I was quoted $119 for an oil change, I asked if they can rotate the tires and they said, yes but it will cost you an additional $60, I asked why so much $$ since a rotation should not take no more than 10 min? their answer was, that is the just the rate. Worst service department I have experienced. The service advisors are out to rip you off any way they can and they will find every excuse in the book instead of addressing an issue. Also change prices every appointment. I will never be coming back here. The owner needs to seriously have a word with the service team because the attitude and the service is disgraceful.
