Extremely hostile sales reps. I have purchased/financed many vehicles each one at a different dealership. By far, this one was the worst to the point that I aborted the process completely after I was confronted by a passive aggressive sales rep. Unless you want to pay thousands for miscellaneous add ons and want to deal with a poor customer service experience, please stay far away from here- they don’t reserve your business. I highly recommend the Walnut Creek Toyota dealership. They are extremely helpful and kind.
I went into this dealership to purchase a Vehicle, preapproved for financing. I only needed them to write up the sales and send it to my financial institute. The salesman ran my credit , when I told him not to, and then financed the sale when I told him I didn’t wanna finance with them because I already had Preapproved financing. They wouldn’t give me a better deal on the vehicle despite me having excellent credit score 800+. Just purchased a used Toyota with them, they've been very helpful and keeping their word on particular services I requested, they've also showed me nothing but professionalism. Thats why ill be returning for all my service needs in the future.
