I recently brought both my 2024 Toyota RAV4 and 2025 Toyota Camry to Antioch Toyota for scheduled maintenance this month. Coincidentally, Michael Chhoeung was my service advisor both times. Michael was incredibly patient, courteous, and professional throughout both visits. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His level of service truly exceeded my expectations. He absolutely deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating. Highly recommend working with him!
Im not one to enjoy a dealership experience however Herschel changed that for me. Herschel Rodriguez was very patient and answered all my questions. I would definitely buy another car from him should I need to. Equally, his partner Sam Sameer provided me any additional details I needed. I'm very pleased with the experience I've had. I just bought my 2026 Rav and my experience with Antioch Toyota could not have been more pleasant. Jim, Giancarlo, and Giovani in finance are all really wonderful and knowledgeable. Jim took his time with me and explained all the different options and I really felt like he had my back. Giancarlo showed me many of the details of the car and I felt well taken care of. Upon arrival, I was cordially greeted by Nelson. I explained my need to add a SUV or truck to my household. He was professional, polite & showed me pre-owned & new trucks. I test drove, got a quote & the rest was history. What an amazing team! I called in to ask details on a few options i had and Mercedes was a really huge help. She was ever knowledgeable on the cars she is selling. Will be coming in later this week to close a deal
