I stumbled upon this location and they met all my needs. Accepted my insurance and closest option to home, BUT when I saw the reviews I cannot deny my fears. However after two appointments here, I have nothing but good things to say. By no means do I believe they deserve the stars they have. My visit to Dr. Choukas' office didn't go beyond the waiting room. I had an appointment to discuss the removal of a wisdom tooth. While reviewing the paperwork, I came across an insurance filing fee notice. It stated that if the office filed for insurance payment on my behalf, I would be responsible for a $55 charge for the submission of insurance forms. Surgery was great, the review is for the customer service I received at this doctors office. When receiving a refund on a handwritten check, an adult woman should know that you cannot write over someone’s name if you misspell it. And with that mistake being on the employee of the office, I don’t understand why you will talk to a patient with clenched teeth or with any anger whatsoever. Will never be coming back to this office, I can do without the negativity.
