Phone line is horrid. They put you on with an automated line that you can't even make a regular appointment on, so screw anybody who is a new patient or hasn't been with this facility before I guess. You have to go in person just to probably wait 2 hours just to schedule or get turned away because they will only go through MyChart. Will update my review once I finally get an actual appointment scheduled.
