Older Hispanic lady in the front is always so unwelcoming and rude whenever I come in for an appointment. No acknowledgment, no hi, she just acts like you’re not there. I had a question and she was so unhelpful and rude. I know to avoid her now, and to ask literally anyone else for help. Kind of ironic since it’s literally her job to be welcoming and answer questions.

Mark smith is the absolute worst doctor I have ever seen. I had two appointments with him or the course of a year. Be prepared to wait an hour to be seen, and your concerns dismissed with no explanation other than “I am a trained licensed physician” He also documented the size of a concerned area incorrectly.
This is regarding Dr Mark Allan Smith. This guy needs to learn how to respect women and people in general, he doesn’t listen, he assumes things and then yells at his patients when they ask questions saying do you want my help or not. Extremely unprofessional with a terrible bedside manner. He has also seemed impaired.
As a young African-American woman, I had a very troubling and unprofessional experience with Dr. Mark Allan Smith. During my first appointment, I felt dismissed and unheard. He barely listened to my concerns and simply sent me on my way. Unfortunately, my health has worsened since that visit. Despite my discomfort, I gave him a second chance.
