Terrible service. Was put on hold for over an hour, once I finally reached the line the lady on the call said “please hold” followed by “what are you in here for today” I got confused then she just sighed and put me on hold for another 20 minutes. Then it sent me back to the automated message section, at the end waiting all that time was all for nothing, I still don’t have an appointment. Decent enough for the basics of heath maintenance.
Literally can't get anyone to answer the phone ever. Whats the point of having a phone line if you guys won't answer. Update: after a 1 hour and 45 minutes no answer and the phone hung up the call. I would assume that these people who are here for the people's health and well being would take more care and attentiveness to the phone for patients. This is sad to see out of any medical care system
