I have been going here for years and always had a pretty good experience with everyone until my doctor left and I was transferred to a new one of the name Dr. Mark Allan Smith. Terrible service. Was put on hold for over an hour, once I finally reached the line the lady on the call said “please hold” followed by “what are you in here for today” I got confused then she just sighed and put me on hold for another 20 minutes. Then it sent me back to the automated message section, at the end waiting all that time was all for nothing, I still don’t have an appointment.
