This place doesn’t pay their contractors. We repaired their boiler in November and now they won’t answer their phones. Fred Coleman assured us we’d be paid, but they’ve dodging us for months. Now we’re forced to lien the property and file suit.

Its not the build its the maintenence man that work there is so unprofessional the skin guy with braids they call him( ken)is very very unprofessional he talk to people with no respect. He is very aggressive. Omg dont have an emergency on the weekend he never shows up but he lies to the office like he do show up. Very Fraternizing.

I'm sitting here in the office now and this gentleman has huffed and puffed so many times that it's unbelievable. Both staff members were late and the gentleman that was doing the huffing and puffing had a 10 minute conversation about someone smelling like some type of seeds the audacity to be speaking on someone and how would he know more about a scent than his own job the 2 gentleman are using so much profanity I can't believe that my mother has to do business with these rude unprofessional unpleasant people
