I only just moved in November and so far it's been an amazing experience. I came from Georgetown just a few minutes away after they changed management and up their prices to exorbitant amounts for a simple run down studio. The whole process of applying, meeting to go over the lease, and getting handed my keys in person after short inspection of my new apartment with them went amazingly and with so much care.
