Very Happy! I have been wearing glasses/contacts for 20 years, and due to insurance changes etc.., and this is the best office that I've ever been too! They are friendly, accomodating, and help out with the insurance. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
Very Unprofessional & Prejudice... Both my family and I had very poor experience and would not recommend this business or their services. Every time we'd make an appt., they would call to reschedule--which was ongoing and finally we gave up!
Highly Professional! My husband & I go to Dr.s Crawford/Cretors every year for our eye exams. Everybody In that office Is not only professional & competant but also very nice as well.We look forward to our eye exam every year.
Antioch Eye Associates --NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! Both my husband & I were very dissatisfied with Antioch Eye Associates. This facility is all about the $$$ and NOT providing quality customer service. Due to having a problem with Eye Med--an employer program (similar to insurance), AEA continued to give us the run, because they needed to correct a processing issue on their end, rather than trying to accommodate us for something that was their fault, they continued to change my husband's appt at least three consecutive times. Antioch Eye Associates --I'm Not A Happy Camper This facility is not at all credible--highly unprofessional and not true to their word. The worst Eye Facility experience in all of my 30 yrs of exams. I would not go back nor do I recommend them!
Children's eye care I found that Dr Connie Crawford works well with children. She is kind and knows a great deal about the eyes and eyecare. She worked with my child to find the best fit and prescription. Her level of expertise and professionalism is very high and I recommend her to all my friends and family.
