Other than dean driver this place is horrible. Service department especially Ryan the service manager is very unprofessional. My lady came for a service light on a 2022 Durango with 20k miles. They kept are car all weekend and put miles on our car to say we couldn't find the light. When he specifically said this is what is usually is. Instead of testing the part. Do not trust this place we brought in our ram for an oil leak & we have never received such horrible customer service in our life. They kept it nearly 4 months. so long that we needed to buy a new battery & starter because of how long they had it sitting. they burned the wires to our oil pressure sensor which caused the check engine light to go on & the abs light went on as well. all after they “fixed” our truck. I don't even know where to begin.
My husband. Bought me a car here at the end of March.Don't get me wrong I love my Jeep, but we already have to take it in to replace the rotors and the pads plus calibers on top of that.They left me sitting there for 4 hours no one came to let me know what was going on with the vehicle at all I missed my ride home as well they have a sign that says the customer is always number 1 well I did not feel like I was a priority after being told someone will be with you shortly and nobody came until the vehicle was done .4 and a hal... read more
