Do not trust this place we brought in our ram for an oil leak & we have never received such horrible customer service in our life. They kept it nearly 4 months. so long that we needed to buy a new battery & starter because of how long they had it sitting. they burned the wires to our oil pressure sensor which caused the check engine light to go on & the abs light went on as well. all after they “fixed” our truck. I don't even know where to begin.
My husband. Bought me a car here at the end of March.Don't get me wrong I love my Jeep, but we already have to take it in to replace the rotors and the pads plus calibers on top of that.They left me sitting there for 4 hours no one came to let me know what was going on with the vehicle at all I missed my ride home as well they have a sign that says the customer is always number 1 well I did not feel like I was a priority after being told someone will be with you shortly and nobody came until the vehicle was done .4 and a hal... read more
Be aware! We leased a brand new jeep compass 2.5 years ago. The last 5 months has been hell . The car didn’t start now for the fourth time. Electric issues repeatedly and they can’t fix it apparently.Had to tow it, lots of days off at work to deal with this, rented cars from the airport… pure hell .we called the manufacturer and a representative to ask to exit the lease early since the car is not usable or get a replacement, mentioned the lemon law that guarantees our rights .. a representative from the manufacturer disregar... read more
