I visited Antioch Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to see a 2022 Pacifica Hybrid Limited advertised as certified pre-owned. The third-row seat did not fold flat correctly, and a large carpeted trim panel appeared to be missing, leaving metal framework and internal seat mechanisms exposed. The area looked unfinished and poorly maintained. The vehicle also came with only one key. RICHARD LUDLOW..... You should not be working at a this job or any costumer service job if you dont know how to manage your emotions. having a bad day doesn't excuse you. I purchase a jeep 4ex on 2024 I've had the car for just only 2 years and I had done more that 8 trips to the dealer. Rafael Oropeza has done great when i take my jeep for the oil exchange. Updating for every step its very nice. I been taking my jeep for service here for a couple of years now and for sure will be my Jeep’s home for future seevices. Def recommend.
Buyers beware I got roped into a situation I never should have been in I am now on the hook for paying for a lemon for YEARS. I have a two year warranty and it hasn’t been more then a few months engine now on brakes squeak to high heaven brought in for the brakes and was told oh it’s just because it’s been sitting for awhile well 6 months later STILL squeaking called to bring it for the engine light and no one called back. I am so upset I have this car now absolutely sold my soul to the devil here
