This is the second time I have a bad experience at this location I bring my 2025 pick up for service and they lost my wheel lock the service guy keeps saying that they couldn’t find it

Went in on Saturday and met with Richard, he was amazing and so wonderful he went above and beyond to help me get the jeep that I really wanted, I'm so grateful for all the staff as well, everyone was very pleasant I recommend anyone that is looking for a car and doesn't have good credit to go see Richard, he will work hard to get you into a car. Rafael was very professional & knowledgeable when I asked questions about my jeep. He greeted me with a smile & asked how my day was going. He asked if I was leaving my car or waiting, he said he would get the service done as quick as possible. When the jeep was completed he came &showed me where to pay at customer service. He advised me if I ever had questions or issues with my car he would be available to answer my questions. I would definitely give him a 10+ rating.
There parts department went above and beyond in helping with a 5th week puck order that was being shipped So.Cal. within two days they call me and I picked it up that day and got me on the road. Thanks guys !!
