My old physician, Dr. Sanna Fatima and her team really dropped the ball. I reached out ahead of time for prescription refills and was told that they were sent only to be on the phone back and forth with two different pharmacies about refills or new prescriptions that were never sent to begin with. I didn't get my medication until like 3 days later but by then I ran completely out of my meds and had gotten sick as a result.
