from the second the tow driver arrived he used fowl language and acted as if I was in the wrong for needing his services, he then threatend to charge more than I had already paid over the phone, when I called and to report how I was being treated the woman in the phone was hostile, lied to me v how much I was charged and v then called me ignorant I've never felt not disrespected by a company I was paying good to,

Excellent service! Showed up on time & towed my disabled Jeep into the shop. The driver went above & beyond! He went the extra mile to tell me what he could see the problem was with the car. Antioch Auto & Towing will be my go to place from now on😁

So late last night my car decided to over heat. This is the first time my car broke down. Antioch automotive came and and provided me world class customer service. I was very upset because being out where there are little people at 11 pm can be scary, when Phil and Daniel got to help me I was comforted and explained everything I suffer from bad panic disorder and these to strangers not only towed me and my car home but kept me safe and calm. Now that I am down the street from this shop, there's no more stressing about where to bring my car. This group of people are the most trusting, genuine, hard-working, professional folks you can bring your car to! No up-charges, no bs stories about how your car needs x amount of work on your car. They do what is necessary & get your car running like brand new in a very timely manner. Don't waste your time/hard-earned money with dealers or any sketchy auto shops around. Bring your car(s) here!
