Worst customer service ever. Calls repeatedly got hanged up after telling me to "hold" or even before being picked up. Called SIX times and couldn't even get an appointment through. DON'T CHOOSE THEM.
Horrible customer service skills.
The attention and care they provide at this office is horrific. They need to either hire new front desk or retrain these people. Ever since they became a refugee clinic the lack of care they provide existing patients is concerning. Do not trust this office with any care especially for prenatal care, Health is really nothing to play with!
TERRIBLE PLACE. My mom been coming here for a few years and she doesn't speak ENGLISH. So they had been VERY RUDE TO HER, THEY HAD YELL AT HER!! The only one that cares is Dr. Daniela, she is very proffesional. BUT THE REST SUCK! Back again in Dec 2024 A black nurse with glasses, didnt catch her name was rude to her and when she put the needle in she was moving it inside. Please get caring staff.
Your services is really appreciated. Your team is doing great specially Omid and Farhad. The coordinator was highly professional and ensured everything ran smoothly for our event.
