Cat had ear infection. Bill for care (exam and consult = $129.31, ear drops = $27.82, was given a discount on ear swap procedure = was $52.82, discounted to $0) came to $179.13 with tax ($22). Naïvely, I did not have the full amount on me, as I thought it would not come to that much. No option for deferring payment at all other than them taking back the medication until I can pay the remaining sum. As a regular customer I can say all the girls there are amazing. They truly care for your pets like they’re their own. I was especially impressed when I put my Higgins down to receive a hand signed card from them in the mail. Add to note they’re always super busy but willing to get you in for an appointment last minute. I will praise them all as the job is not an easy one. Thank you for all that you do.
