Had a poorly maintained house (76 Pleasant St.) and a landlord that was good on certain issues and slow on others. Had to be pushed a lot to fix things. The house was not clean when we moved in, and rent was not reduced for staying for a second year.
74 A - Pleasant Street, is in a quiet but great location, about a 8-10 minute walk to campus, and about 3 minutes to main street. There are 5 bedrooms that are relatively good sizes. It's super convenient for Nursing students as the RK is right across the street. There is a driveway for parking, and a storage bin outback to keep your trash in! Pleasant Street has a lot of student houses on it, along with families, so it's a great place to live and get to know your neighbours.
