0 STARS! Please do not waste your time. They are legal scammers. Took 120$ from my boyfriend and I and turned us down for credit reasons. Even though my boyfriend has great credit and everything he has on there is paid off except car but that's paid up to date. Scamming POS company. Just making thousands of people's application fees and never renting a place out
If there was an option for negative stars Id have given them a negative 3. By far one of the worst experiences Ive had with a realtor. They post affordable homes online. You contact them about these homes. They make you fill out an application providing thorough information. They charge ypur account for the fee. Then every time you call them back they ask you stupid questions. Questions they would know if they actually used that money to run the background and credit check.
