I had an appointment set over a month ago. I was in a different state visiting family and left early, driving 5 hours, just to get to the office and be told my appointment was canceled. The woman assured me she had left a vm. She 100% did NOT!!! I did however recieve a confirmation text 2 days before CONFIRMING MY APPOINTMENT!
I scheduled an appointment on January 2nd for February 7th, confirming the date and time twice during the initial call and promptly adding it to my calendar. However, I did not receive a confirmation call or email as expected. On the morning of February 7th, I called to verify since I hadn’t heard from them.
