Cait and Jen are fantastic at this family medicine. They’re both super kind and very knowledgeable. This is my second visit, so far so great. They won’t rush you out the door. Honest and caring. Highly recommended!
The receptionist made a mistake on my appointment. I got extremely frustrated because I have a toddler screaming for their lollipops. They told me that my appointment was at a different time. I tried to communicate with them obviously, I was upset. They did nothing to try to de-escalate the situation I got a phone call saying that I was being discharged from the office because of that situation and I had no say about it.
