Delicious Louisiana cuisine! All the food is delicious there and love that they have beignets now! The owners are so nice and friendly every time we go in!
I have bought numerous items from them and have no complaints. Everything is fresh and tastes good. I bought my husband the chicken fried chicken dinner he said is was tender. I like the chicken salad, deviled eggs, gumbo, red beans and rice. Beth the owner is so nice and very helpful so was her husband. Soon as I buy a pellet grill I'm going to order filets, etc. They cut the steaks to your order. The bread pudding and gooey butter cake are good. Not too sweet. Only had the shrimp basket & hubby had the shrimp poboy, but not super impressed. We want to try the sausage next time, hoping it will be better!
Had my deer processed at Antie's and man, I was not disappointed!! I had them make a Garlic and pepper blend (the way they do it) I did not ask for them to modify anything, and they made a green onion blend and I still can't decide which one that I like better. The Garlic and pepper started out a little slow on the spice but heated up the more you ate it and ended up being perfectly seasoned. The green onion was more mild but so flavorful.
