ever since you installed the new computer system I have received an extra (large) charge on my bill called a "professional fee"--over and above the lab and clinic charges noted on my Explanation of Benefits. As far as i can see, this is just skimming off the top. No wonder Medicare and Blue Shield will not pay for it!!.
