Worst Customer Service. Have called for months - everyday. Currently do not have furniture that I ordered and they have over charged me about $700. Sent emails. Called and still no resolve.
Actually deliver purchases and not use insecure shoddy couriers. And if something goes wrong at least try to help. I was told by customer service that once goods go to courier Anthropologie is not responsible yet wasn't given ANY Information on how to contact the courier. Just told to call back in a few days! Shameful.
Worst customer service experience ever! I scheduled a date for my furniture to be picked up as it didn't work in my room. Metropolitan Delivery never showed up to pick up the furniture and never called me. I placed 4 calls within the next 24 hours to Metropolitan and 3 calls to Anthropologie and no one can assist me orcwill call me back. I'd like to take the furniture and drop it off at the store! I am a loyal Anthropologie shopper, but I will never purchase furniture from them again.
Horrible. Waiting over a month for rugs and I am continuously rescheduled. Still do not have a delivery date. Horrible service and absolutely no accountability for customer service or experience. Incredibly disappointed and will not be purchasing anything the anthro home again.
