Very bad experience. I tried to return a product, and the staff kept insisting it was “final sale,” even though there was no final sale or not return label on my order. They hadn’t checked my order clearly at first, and when they finally processed the return in the system, it actually went through. At that point, they said it was “an exception.” I cannot accept that explanation. I had ordered some items from Anthropologie and chose to return them at this store since it was the closest location. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. The staff were aggressive, dismissive, and unhelpful. They refused to process my return or offer store credit unless I made a purchase at the same time, which felt very pushy and inappropriate. The overall atmosphere lacked basic customer service and felt cold and unwelcoming.
