I had ordered some items from Anthropologie and chose to return them at this store since it was the closest location. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. The staff were aggressive, dismissive, and unhelpful. They refused to process my return or offer store credit unless I made a purchase at the same time, which felt very pushy and inappropriate. The overall atmosphere lacked basic customer service and felt cold and unwelcoming.
As a big Anthro fan- I just moved to this area from the Midwest and I felt like the staff was sub par. Everyone seemed irritated. No one asked me if I was an Anthro member
Beautiful clothes could have spent hours there.
Love this store!!! They have such unique styles. I particularly love their maeve and pilcro brands...
