Very bad experience. I tried to return a product, and the staff kept insisting it was “final sale,” even though there was no final sale or not return label on my order. They hadn’t checked my order clearly at first, and when they finally processed the return in the system, it actually went through. At that point, they said it was “an exception.” I cannot accept that explanation.
