Bad Experience – I was prepared to really love this store. It was nice, the smell was heavenly, I'd heard great things about it. However, the clothes not as well made as I had expected. The quality reminded me of stuff made in India and sold at folksy sort of clothing shops in college towns across the country--but sold at three times the markup at Anthropologie. Chain with hip, unique clothes & accessories – I fell in love with Anthro years ago while visiting the big location in SOHO, NYC and I was thrilled when they came to Atlanta a few years later. I can always find something a little different from the staples at Banana Republic or J. Crew and I always get a lot of compliments on the clothes I get there. Very poor customer service – I went into Anthropologie a couple of days ago, I love the clothes and the vibe of the store. I was there for quite a while. There were several employees working on straightening and folding, preparing to close the store, but not one person spoke to me. Not one. I bought two tops. I work in the retail industry and I hope my store at the very minimum greets every customer. While checking out, I explained to the woman ringing me up that I wasn't spoken to or offered any help. Cute Finds! – I love this store. They have a little bit of everything. From clothes to home decor to cute little knick knacks. And, the prices are reasonable. I really like this store. The sales girls were really nice and helpful. You're allowed to browse and touch without anybody bothering you. Very nice! Recommended.
great clothes...questionable staff – I love the clothing at this store but the staff sometimes is questionable to say the least. They often seem too busy to offer good customer service.
