I LOVE Anthropologie! 5 Stars! I HATE that to Indiana they use UDS (United Delivery Service) as their shipping company. ZERO Stars!!! Look at the Google reviews of UDS, many cite not receiving their Anthropologie packages. Can UDS get lower than a 1.6 star rating for a shipping company? Very good selection of products at this location. Numerous collections all over the store. A gem of a location.
I returned a $230 dress and unfortunately UPS forgot to scan it in. Although there was a tracking number, there was no confirmation that it had been mailed. I complained to UPS. They told me that in order to be reimbursed the original sender, Anthropologie, needed to file a claim for the missing dress. Explained that to Anthropologie and they refused to file a claim.
