The people are awesome! My niece and her baby got hit in her car by a drunk driver on Harrison just outside the building. The two employees came out and immediately invited my niece and her son, and the two other people hit by the drunk driver into the building to take refuge from the weather while waiting to speak with the police and for a ride to show up. They immediately jumped to help someone who wasn't a customer. I have no question they'll treat their customers very well.
AnthroTech really knows their niche. I took a training on User Experience and they did an excellent job. I have also observed usability studies at their lab, and everything was organized really well. I highly recommend working with them.
