John and his crew did a wonderful job of replacing our roof in May 2022 two years later had small issue with flashing coming loose, one call and his guys were there next day! Nice to see a contractor that stands behind their work. Highly recommend to anyone needing a new roof.
Called him for shingles coming off roof that he installed. He never came out to look or repair, but kept insisting it was storm damage, when it was not. Seemed to want insurance money or thought we were trying to get insurance money. Accused me of trying to scam him, just like he accuses other customers who had issues with him (check here, Yelp, etc.). Lifetime workmanship warranty is a lie. He is rude and dishonest. We paid a professional roof contractor out of pocket cash to repair his mediocre work.
Anthracite did a roof repair for me. John answered his phone the first time I called and stayed in contact with me every step of the way.
Guys showed up at about 7:30 in the morning and did not stop until they were done. Excellent work and even had my neighbors compliment them on it.
