My dog loves everyone there, whether for boarding, grooming, or medical care. If she is comfortable there it is less traumatic and she gets the best care.
Our dog was having an issue and we brought her there to be looked at quickly. They completely REFUSED to look at her. And she later died as we tried to get her to the nearest animal hospital.
Was taking my cat to a different vet for 2 years for hair falling out and scabs from scratching so much. Just kept giving her a shot and saying "allergies are really bad this year". Took her to Anthracite and it was cleared up within three months. Very nice people
Wonderful staff and Dr. Harnish is a wonderful vet! I have taken 3min-pins and 2 Dutch rabbits there and I always received excellent service..Whether it was routine visits or the not so routine visits when the heartbreaking choice to say good bye to a beloved pet was the only choice left,Dr.Harnish and her staff showed me true compassion and grace and understanding.The lighted candle rememberence was unique and touching.
