The sales people at Anthony's are very respectful and helpful and most of their service techs are quite qualified, but when it comes to their Frigidaire products - especially their dishwashers - they aren't worth taking home. ...And the extended warranty company they use, CPS, is the slowest in taking care of problems that you could imagine. If I had the option, I would give 10 stars! Our washer went out this morning & with 3 kids, that can be a problem! Bought a speed queen washer this morning & by the afternoon, it was already in my house! They are fantastic! My salesman was very knowledgeable & super friendly. We will be buying ALL of our appliances from Anthony's in the future!
They were sent out to do warranty work on a dishwasher that I had purchased from Lowes. After he fixed it I asked if he would look at my ice maker while he was here. He looked at it and even had the parts to fix it on his truck. I had already had a guy from Craig's list charge me too look at it charged me 40 bucks and left to go get parts, only no never return. But the guy from Anthony's fixed it in about 15 minutes. They both work great .
Great help verifying the defective parts and sold us the right parts to make our repair easy.
