No show. I'm in shock with the lack of professionalism of this company. Anthony's Steam Clean: please make customers aware of the need to confirm appointment by phone an hour before your appointment OR you'll cancel. I booked a steam clean appointment a week ago for today at 11am. Yesterday, the office lady called me and asked if I can do 9am for which I asked if I could keep my 11am appointment instead.
