Anthony's Steam Clean: please make customers aware of the need to confirm appointment by phone an hour before your appointment OR you'll cancel. I booked a steam clean appointment a week ago for today at 11am. Yesterday, the office lady called me and asked if I can do 9am for which I asked if I could keep my 11am appointment instead. I am so grateful for the emergency service that this company provided me at the drop of a hat! The worker was so kind and warm that I felt like a member of his family. You don't ever get great service like that anymore, so I was very lucky to have encountered customer service like that. I will continue to use them in the future!
