Tried calling 5x. No answer at 4PM. This was my family's top spot in COS. Drove there, and it's closed. Google says open reality says it's closed! Hmmm. Not good for business!
Sad how this place nosedived. Food is fair to OK but the management is horrible . We ate there for the last time tonight. They were out of iced tea, diet coke, forks, napkins, wege salads, ...then we were offered ceasar, which never came, when I asked for a refund for the salad I never got it took my at keast 20 minutes for them to return the credit to my charge card. Had lunch here today. The pizza was great, but the experience not so much. The soda machine was not filled so most flavors were out and the ice was empty so we had to wait for it to be filled. No parmesan on the table, no forks in the dispenser. No soap or paper towels in the mens restroom and the sink drained into a bucket.
LOVED IT!!! The person that waited us I will never forget their name, Andres, they were so good at their job it made the food even more spectacular! When you go ASK for Andres! I’m serious! They will give you the best experience at this place!
I mean what is really going on with this location? The whole experience was just one excuse after another. Soda machine was broken so we bought the up charged bottled sodas instead. Told they have Coke products ordered a Coke, then told they only have Diet Coke. Men’s room sink drain doesn’t drain into a pipe, it drains into a bucket. No hand towels in the women’s bathroom had to use toilet paper. The bar has no alcohol. Ordered food for 6 people, 4 adults and 2 kids.
