I ordered a pizza through the online system and was told by the MANAGER, "oh, yeah, that system doesn't work.. its really glitchy.. for the past 3 hours we've not been able to deliver a pizza within 90 minutes.." I asked if there were any measures taken to notify customer's and the response was, no, "once in a while it works right".
