Ranulfo and his crew are excellent painters. They painted our house as well as three rentals and their work lasts really well. They do a good job with prep, and do not scrimp with the Peel Bond (a thick primer useful on old houses). They are quiet, polite and work hard. They follow the lead regulations to prevent resident exposure to lead. Also very honest and cooperative, easy to work with. Ranulfo, the owner is there every day working with his crew.
