I would give him a NEGATIVE STAR if possible , he quoted my sister $70 for color of roots , wash & Blow out than when she came to the register he said I used special color ( not even informing her ) & charged my sister $140 ... RIDICULOUS , DO NOT TRUST THIS OWNER ANTHONY !
I would give no star to this business, He quoted my family member for 70 and bill was double. Additionally, no style was done for the hair. I WOULD NOT Recommend this salon to anyone.
