My partner ordered me flowers on Saturday, they were stated to be delivered on Sunday night and I did not get them until this morning. We both tried to call multiple times and no one answered. That is my main issue, I do not mind if they don’t get delivered the day after but don’t put the status as delivered unless they were such. Horrible experience! Would give zero stars if possible. Charged $192.92 for an order that was never delivered nor refunded over a month later. Ordered a funeral arrangement for my oldest friend's funeral. The arrangement wasn't at the funeral home when I arrived. The florist had evidently forgot or misplaced the order. He offered to bring something out later but it was too late to have been practical as it would have arrived after the funeral. Over the course of several calls. Anthony does an amazing job at accommodating the needs of his customers! He deserves 100 stars! The arrangements are top quality and delivered with care and consideration of the event. He communicates with his customers respectfully and is very upfront about what he is able to accommodate on a time crunch! He is our go to person!
