Anthony created the most beautiful floral arrangement for my daughter‘s baptism. We put the order in last minute and he was able to turn it around in less than 24 hours and delivered it personally himself the day before the baptism thank you so much Anthony for adding such beauty to our special day!
The key issues are as follows: Non-Delivery of Goods: The flower arrangement was never delivered to the recipient on the scheduled date, nor on any subsequent date even though they sent an email that stated they had been delivered. My partner ordered me flowers on Saturday, they were stated to be delivered on Sunday night and I did not get them until this morning. We both tried to call multiple times and no one answered. That is my main issue, I do not mind if they don’t get delivered the day after but don’t put the status as delivered unless they were such. Horrible experience! Would give zero stars if possible. Charged $192.92 for an order that was never delivered nor refunded over a month later. Ordered a funeral arrangement for my oldest friend's funeral. The arrangement wasn't at the funeral home when I arrived. The florist had evidently forgot or misplaced the order.
