We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. Some of the best service! Our pizza took forever and the manager came to our table to personally comp the pizza. Always come here when I'm in town! Eat anything because its all SOO tasty.
