We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. Awesome food and awesome service ����! Jose was our server and he did a great job! John the manager has a great restaurant!! We live in Hollywood and will definitely be coming back to the location, very spacious inside and great outside sitting.!!
