If fresh ingredients are at the core of our menu, coal fired flavor is at the heart of who we are. We use only the highest quality ingredients, including hand-picked Italian tomatoes for our sauce, vine-ripened plum tomatoes for our salads, Pecorino Romano grated in house, fresh vegetables and herbs and homemade dough. Then everything served hot, including our signature pizzas, are cooked at 900 degrees in our coal fired oven for a distinct and delicious taste. Good food, great service, and a nice atmosphere!
We always liked coming here. Until we went out of our way to order and pick up. Was similar to, but not what we wanted. That did not make us happy, but you can't overlook this presentation, or being ice cold after saying they needed 30 minutes to make it. Manager did NOTHING. Not an I will give you a free appetizer, re-make it, 15% off the next order, not even an "I'm sorry about the order."
This was our first visit to the Cranberry location. We were introduced to this restaurant in Monroeville, PA, about 6 months ago. We loved it there so much that we even took family there to celebrate my Mother's Day. Our waiter (Shane) & food were amazing! We are sad to report our experience at the Cranberry location was the opposite.
