Dr Chen was a real pleasure! First, he apologized for running late (but it was much faster than reception had anticipated). Friendly and polite. He took the time to review my chart, recent medical history, ask, and answer questions. I felt listened to and not rushed. I’ve already recommended him to my family.
I saw Dr. Chen at ARC after hours clinic and was very pleased with his care. He listened to me, strategized a care plan with me, and told me to come back if this is not working. He is compassionate and easy to work with. I was very satisfied with this appointment.
Dr. Chen and his nurse were great. Dr. Chen listened attentively and answered all my questions. I’m confident in his treatment plan for me. Five stars for Dr. Chen. Four stars for ARC MyChart no longer allowing patient to send msg with follow-up question. But, for some reason MyChart will not allow me to send a message with a follow-up question about the visit.
