You can read the other reviews about the incompetency in his office. I visited him to diagnose my kidney. He said I had a mass that is probably renal cancer. He sent me to an Interventional radiology who did cryoablation which is freezing the mass. After that I had nothing but kidney problems. I’ve had infections abscesses that were in my kidney and my back all caused by the cryoablation. I now have to have a radical nephrectomy. He never biopsied my kidney to see if I really had cancer. He dismissed my diagnosis of interstitial cystitis that I got at the ER! And this was after I waited an hour and half after my appointment time to see his coworker dr alvi at the mesa location that they then made me drive to Chandler to see him. And not only that but he won't even give me anything stronger for pain! I'm sick of doctors who pretend they are gods!
Dr Woodruff is my HERO! I had a size 13mm kidney stone. I had no idea how difficult it was to find a urologist who is accepting new patience in Arizona. Dr. Woodruff came thru like a champ. His bed side manner is exceptional. He keeps you informed, lets you know your options and is very professional. More people in this world like Dr. Woodruff would make this world a better place.
If I could rate this doctor half a star I would. My boyfriend had a procedure and developed a horrible infection. The doctor acted like it was nothing. My boyfriend could of ended up with a kidney infection. The office staff is horrible. They never answered our messages about the infection pain he was having, I made him go to urgent care to be treated.
