Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, very down to earth professionalism, he stayed busy but still exercised awesome communication with us due to is traveling from out of state to purchase.
Told us the car could drive and just the belt was squealing. Coolant was filled with water so entire engine was frozen and battery was dead. We are from 2 hours away and they were aware. We were stranded in Alabama for 6 hours.
