Dr. Bracken always takes time to listen to me. He is prompt and professional during my appointments and his staff is excellent.
First I say the nurses are excellent and caring. Doc Bracken is very caring and knows he's business he's A1
Took my dad here this morning and got an EKG. Never met Dr. Bracken before but he walked in and his demeanor was angry. “Your heart rate is very high,” he said in an accusatory tone. From there, he was nothing but stern and dismissive, even with his staff. My dad said “what’s up with him? He really wanted to get us out of there quickly.” We will see him next week, so maybe he’ll read this review by then.
I was very pleased with my first appointment with Dr Bracken. He was kind and took his time explaining my situation. I would recommend Dr Bracken.
