I absolutely love Anthony Vince Nail Spa! I’ve been a regular customer for a while now, and every visit has been a great experience. The management is kind, welcoming, and takes the time to get to know their customers and what they like. I’ve had several different nail technicians do my nails, and every one of them has done an amazing job. $47 for a half ass job. They rushed doing my feet and didn’t even paint all of the nail
I used to enjoy the quality of service and pleasant conversation received at this location, however over the last couple of years, both have steeply declined. This most recent visit was the worst I have ever had for a pedicure! There was NO conversation, the quality of care (cuticle removal, nail shaping, color application, and foot massage) was well below any set standard. Very disappointing on every level.
I would never recommend this salon to anyone. My little sister left her appointment with what was later confirmed to be a serious finger infection that required antibiotics. A simple nail appointment should never end with a medical issue. This experience has made us question the salon’s sanitation and hygiene practices, and it’s honestly unacceptable.
