I received the worst pedicure ever today!
The staff was friendly and quick take care of my request. I was purchasing a gift for a family member and they had exactly what I needed. Very nice establishment and business.
Been going to Anthony Vince Nail Spa for years and have never gotten a bad manicure or pedicure.
I got a pedicure at this nail salon last summer, and my big toenail was damaged during the service. The technician was very rough and it hurt at the time. My toe continued to hurt for more than a month afterward. Since then, my left big toenail has never fully recovered — it became dry, rough, and uneven, almost like the nail surface was damaged. No matter how much oil or lotion I apply, it still hasn’t returned to normal. I’m very disappointed with this experience.
