I’ve gone twice now and they have terrible service. They even have the wrong hours posted. Online says they are open until 8pm, they are not I was told them close at 7 and was refused service then told that they know the hours online are wrong. Why not fix them so you don’t inconvenience the customer? The first time before this happened to me I took my daughter to get her nails done with me and they had her sit for 1.5 before starting her. A friend and I went early morning to get gel pedis. We felt rush from start to finish! From being asked if we were ready when we were picking out nail colors , to the pedi/massage. They even left the old orange polish and just tried to cover it up with the new on my friend.
I absolutely love Anthony Vince Nail Spa! I’ve been a regular customer for a while now, and every visit has been a great experience. The management is kind, welcoming, and takes the time to get to know their customers and what they like. I’ve had several different nail technicians do my nails, and every one of them has done an amazing job. $47 for a half ass job. They rushed doing my feet and didn’t even paint all of the nail
I used to enjoy the quality of service and pleasant conversation received at this location, however over the last couple of years, both have steeply declined. This most recent visit was the worst I have ever had for a pedicure! There was NO conversation, the quality of care (cuticle removal, nail shaping, color application, and foot massage) was well below any set standard. Very disappointing on every level.
