Second time coming here and unfortunately this will be my last. To be fair Ruby was ok the last tome I was here. Came for the first picture leaving with this mess that I’m likely going to pay someone else to fix. The nail tech didn’t speak throughout the service and I didn’t feel listened to when I did speak up. When I told her I didn’t like the color she was more concerned with whether I was going to change my mind. I feel like hiding my hands until I get this atrocious color fixed
Ruby did an amazing job on my fill. The length and shape are perfect and she has great attention to detail. I’ll be back every 2 weeks!
