Definitely recommend this nail spa! I’ve had different people everytime and I am never disappointed
Booked a dip then pedi. They did pedi first. I waited 15 minutes on between with nobody even noticing me. Paid for my pedi. Cashier asked if I told them I needed the dip first, like it was my fault. I’ll still come back cause they’re convenient but it’s pretty much this way every time I come. I left early to respect their time and made an appt to respect their time and they don’t seem to think that’s important for them to do as well.
I came in on Sunday due to three nails breaking from recieving a dip powder manicure on Wednesday of that week. When I arrived another women was requesting to fix her broken nails and another women walked in with the same issue while I was still waiting to be seen again.
I Was just in for a spa pedi this morning. Not a good experience at all. The person I had was not that great. Expecially the money your spending for a relaxing experience. I did not have one and was disappointed I felt rushed and the person didn't take the time and my massage was not a massage at all just rubbing for 5 min on each leg not relaxing and polish job was awful. I just had the best experience at AnthonyVince Nail Salon. I was a walk in at 9:30 right when they opened. Tata was my manicurist. I asked for a basic gel pedicure. She did such a nice job from start to finish and checked on me through out to make sure I was ok. The price was very reasonable and was not charged an additional fee to remove old gel like I was at French Tips. The ambience is nice and they don't make you feel like they are trying to rush you in and out. I will definitely return and request Tata
