I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for a pedicure, and I decided to upgrade to one of the more expensive options because I was looking forward to a more relaxing, longer service. My daughter and I visited this spa for the first time. Before entering, we noticed a sign that offered a 15% discount to first-time customers. We proceeded to get pedicures and manicures for both of us. However, when it was time to pay at the cash register, the screen displayed a message reminding us to mention any discounts we had. My husband and I have been coming here for several years whenever we visit, and we've always had good experiences. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. We came into town today, and my 8-year-old daughter was excited to have a special mani/pedi. Her pedicure felt very rushed.
