Rachel was outstanding! She was very professional and knew exactly what I wanted. Very professional and kind with how she handled my hands. She speaks decent english which some of the techs don’t and her focus was always on me. Highly recommend asking for Rachel if you’re there!
I don’t typically write bad reviews but this one deserves it. Five of my family members and I’ve tried several different people here and the service is terrible. They seem annoyed that they have to work, they make it very obvious that they are talking about you. They filed my toenails down so much they are now paper thin. The last two times I went they cut into my toe and got an ingrown nails. Not what it used to be. Got a gel manicure last week - only used one coat. Polish chipping on multiple nails after four days. They have the 10-day “guarantee”, but they don’t appreciate any return when nails need to be fixed.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! From someone who used to go here all the time when I lived near the area, I thought I could go back and get a full set, right? WRONG! I wanted a gel-x set and the tech who did it (Nikki) obviously did not know how to properly apply the nail. Each and every time, she would “cure” the nail, it would burn. And yes, I know a light heat sensation is normal, but for it to burn to the point where I’m yanking my hand away? No, the application is not being done correctly.
