Worst service ever. I literally stood there for 9 minutes and no one helped me
Do not recommend going here. There is an up charge for everything yet the service has gone down hill. I got my nails done and 2 days later they were already chipping. When I called to schedule an appointment to fix them they were hesitant and couldn’t get me in around any of the times I asked for (I later walked in and they were able to see me right there and then so I don’t know why they lied about the availability). There are better nail places you can go to for better prices. This location is not it.
I came in with a friend to get a dip manicure and the royal hot stone pedicure. The mani was exactly what I wanted. The pedicure was nice but she rushed at the end which caused bubbles to form in the polish since it wasn’t dry between layers. I was also disappointed that I could only get wine with the pedicure when the Aspen Grove location has always let me do a margarita. I would get my nails done here again but probably wouldn’t do a pedicure too since it was so expensive.. was like $185 before tip
Great spot to get nails and toes done. They have a BAR!!!
