They do an excellent job
I was really happy with my nails last week—Kim did a great job, and I left feeling great about them. That’s why I came back today, expecting just a simple fill or touch-up to keep them looking fresh. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t go as expected. Instead of explaining that dip powder nails can't be filled like acrylics, Kim went straight to soaking them off with acetone to remove the entire set. Very clean. Technicians are very professional. Prices are reasonable.
Terrible experience from start to finish. The service was slow, and the staff's attitude was off-putting from the moment I arrived. The lack of basic hospitality (no offer of water) and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The staff's behavior was rude and unfriendly. It was truly an extremely unpleasant experience. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Even after speaking with management and the attitude remained unsettling. An apology was never given.
