Severely overcharged me, terrible attitude mediocre Work will not be back
They will not listen to you. So I am not someone who likes to get into confrontations all right bad reviews, but I took a day off to cool down from the situation and I can't believe how appalling my service was. I walked in needing a gel polish change, I had very thick gel polish on because i had gone to a true professional for the nails that I had at the time, not the two coat jobs that are common here. Really awful waste of time..... Front desk lady was super unprofessional for straight up lying saying "oh about 20 min wait!" No big deal. I can wait 20. Even 30. But 45 minutes later, she said about ten more minutes and at that point I just walked out. Disappointment
If I could leave a ZERO I would! Three weeks ago the day b4 going out of town, I spent $120+ getting a pedicure & regular pretty yellow polish on toes. I could not make the female technician understand I wanted a shimmer in the polish on the big toes. She ended up using a top coat of silver chunky glitter. I was not thrilled with it. This same technician and I had discussed my manicure. I told her I wasn't getting polish because after having thyroid cancer, my nails can't withstand gel polish.
