Front desk makes you feel like you are bothering them. Not the first time having bad experience with RECEPTION!!
Not good customer service. I have attended this shop for years so I’m quite loyal. On 6/25/25 I had a visit for powder dip mani and within 1 week 4 nails chipped. This has never happened! I went to the shop asked to speak to the manager because I did not think I should pay…the point of powder dip is it should last at least 2 weeks. The manager said he would give me a discount of $30…you have got to be insane. I could have attended another shop where it would be guaranteed to last. I came in to get my nails done and had the pleasure of having serviced by Chuyen Le. I was skeptical at first because I had my nails previously done at Anthony Vince at a location in California and had a little problem there. I thought I’d give it another try at the Pearland location. Chuyen Le was AWESOME and did everything right on my nails… the length, and how straight my nails are.
