I went in for a simple, one-color dipping powder manicure, but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. She was very rough with my nails and did a terrible job. Next day, my nails were already broken and cracked, and they hurt so badly. Now my natural nails feel extremely sensitive. I paid $70 plus tip, and it was definitely not worth it. I’ve never had this kind of experience before until I tried this new place in Riverton.

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. I showed a clear reference photo of what I wanted (first pic), and what I got (second pic) looks nothing like it. This is something I could’ve done at home with my non-dominant hand, not something I should be paying salon prices for. I’m especially frustrated because I trusted them with a simple, clean design and ended up with nails that look like a kindergartener painted them. Expected better quality and it’s not. It’s just overpriced. You won’t get better art or nail quality. You’re paying for a chandelier over your head

My mom, who lives on a fixed income, went in for a pedicure and said she wanted the $45 treatment. Tiffany would not listen and kept insisting that she do the $55 option and my poor mom felt guilty and just accepted. This is incredibly upsetting and I would like the owner to reach out to me and credit back my mom that additional $10 as well as the $15 tip.
