Went in yesterday for a mani pedi. The pedi was great, performed by Sarah! The mani… not so great… it was done by I believe the owner or manager. He was very rude, didn’t cover my full nail, and had no pride in his work. He also cut me a few times when cutting cuticles, didn’t massage my hands, and didn’t put any cuticle oil on my fingers. Just left here. Me and my daughter came for mani/pedis. The nail tech that did my nails and toes did an amazing job, however, the guy that did my daughter’s fingernails was horrible, and I think he was either the owner or manager. My daughter asked to have a second coat done and he said the polish was too thick. He didn’t even cover the sides of her nails, he did one stroke on each nail. My nail tech, Linda, literally ripped off my cuticles and made my thumb bleed. Here’s a pic of it starting to scab. She rushed me and told me she couldn’t do French tip mani or pedi. Then, got upset when i asked what my options were. 1 star.
Just went today and the service was poor. Linda seemed more interested in watching tv than doing my mani pedi. So disappointed
