I’ve been coming to this salon every three weeks for about a year and have always had positive experiences, which is why this was so disappointing. I rarely leave reviews, but after thinking about this for several days, I felt it was important to share my experience. I paid an extra $20 for a white marble design. After seeing my nails in better lighting, I realized the marble was much lighter than I expected. I wasn’t asking for a refund or a full redo.
