My aunt referred me to Dr. Tran a few years ago. Our whole family is under his care. I love that he is quick, but not rushed. You know the type. The ones, the get you in and get you out in the office. There has been a change in office staff. You'd notice the difference if you've been with him for some time, but the staff is still professional and friendly. That type of atmosphere can only come from the expectations that Dr. Tran has set.
My family has gone to Dr. Tran for more than a decade and I truly value his expertise as an Optometrist. The office is always clean and peaceful. Everyone is great with my children and I would recommend this office to anyone of any age!
Doctor Tran is a nice guy and very educated when it comes to ophthalmology! I’m do to order another set of glasses so I will be seeing him soon!
Great doctors in here, terrible office staff. I had an appointment at 1230pm I arrived slightly early. So I noticed there was 1 person ahead of him. So I asked at around 1240 if the appointments were on time. The front desk person who was never at the front desk stated yes. At 1250 I advised them I'm leaving. Why is the patients time not as important as the office. Because there was only 1 person ahead of me. I'll never return because of this office staff that clearly doesn't have the welfare of this business at heart.
Great staff. Dr. T is always finding the latest and up-to-date technology. I can refer him with confidence.
