The dr has no bedside manner and staff hurries you out. My wife was worried about thyroid cancer. Dr A told her too small to check, come back in 6 months. We had questions and he brushed us off "well go see another dr!" He left the room and we commented to eachother about his lack of concern when a staff girl walked in and said "you know you can leave now, right?" Dr. Tucker's office staff was very nice and he treated me for my sinus headaches that have bothered me for years. I haven't had one since.
Dr Tucker's office people are very courteous and professional. He has a caring, straightforward manner. He explains things in a way that lay people can understand. I highly recommend him as a surgeon and for medical treatment.
The medical assistant was very professional. The doctor has an abrasive attitude, not a horrible bedside manner, but certainly lacks in people skills. Comes across as being knowledgeable, but closed minded, cocky and quick to temper. I do not think he will be on anyone's favorite doctors list.
